JBC and Company, Terms and Conditions of Sale: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations require us to restrict sale of JBC and Company’s dental products to dentists and dental technicians. These products are considered to be medical devices, which are strictly regulated by the FDA.
The liquid monomer component of many of the products is considered a dangerous good (Flammable) by the U.S. Department of Transportation (U.S.D.O.T.) U.S.D.O.T. regulations require us to ship these products by UPS ground. They cannot be shipped by airplane, unless buyer is willing to pay the extra charges for shipping dangerous goods.
Monomer products cannot be returned, except through Hazardous Materials certified UPS shippers.
JBC and Company disclaims any liability for the use of, or finished products fabricated from its products, because JBC and Company has no control over the use of product, the finished products, or the compliance with applicable FDA and OSHA regulations.
Shipment of all products from JBC and Company are subject to applicable regulatory agency legislation, as well as those of the shipping companies.
Authorization for return of all Non-hazardous products must be obtained before a return shipment is made. All Non-authorized return shipments will be refused by JBC and Company.
