Used in the Fabrication of Occusal Splints, Posterior Blocks, Biteplates. Mold Depth Allows for Variable Thicknesses of Acrylic. PPE Liners for providing a quick and easy means of "Lifting" the Acrylic Dough from the EZ Form Mold. Slowly and Precisely Transfer the Liner/Dough to the Model for the Application of the Acrylic Dough. Full instructions accompany the Mold. Mold is easy to clean and reuse time after time. Purposeful and effiecient polyethylene film for use as a transfer sheet to remove "doughed" acrylic from the EZ Form Mold. Liners are reuseable many times before having to be replaced. After appliance is fabricated and placed into curing vessel, wipe liner with a paper towel to remove remaining soft acrylic. Use some monomer if neccessary to aid in clean up of mold and liner.
