Pursuant to an agreement between JBC and the owners of U.S. Patent No. 9,717,568, the purchaser and/or user of this product is/are herewith informed and understand(s) that the product is not to be used in the United States as a barrier on a 3-D printed dental arch model to render material of the model and material of an intra-oral dental device fabricated on the model immune to chemical reaction with each other, and is not to be used in a country foreign to the United States as a barrier on a 3-D printed dental arch model to render material of the model and material used to fabricate an intra-oral dental device on the model immune to chemical reaction with each other, and the fabricated intra-oral dental device then imported into the United States for use in the practice of dentistry.
